Training

All employees are trained on safety protocols to make certain that the likelihood of injuries on the job is mitigated as much as possible. We provide all Forklift operators with official training to mitigate risk of injury. All employees are well prepared to handle and unfortunate incident that may arise through random occurrence.

COVID-19 and PPE

All employees are mandated to wear PPE (Mask) and utilize hand sanitizer at our facility and all of our client’s cites without exception. Employees are mandated to wash their hands upon arriving at our facility and before leaving our facility. We perform daily temperature checks on all employees entering our facility. Any employee with a fever or cough is immediately sent home and prompted to get an official COVID-19 Test. Once a negative test is received, they are permitted to continue working. If a positive test is received, that employee will be encouraged to self-quarantine for 14 days and not be permitted back to work until that 14 day time period has elapsed and a negative COVID-19 test result is received.

Risk Assessment

We record all incidents that occur on a given day in our facility or at the clients work cite. This information is used to run a risk assessment and figure out the risk of a similar incident occurring again. Once we understand the perceived risk, we implement preventative measures to mitigate risk of re-occurrence. In this system, we greatly reduce the quantity and frequency of record-able incidents.
