Data destruction

All Hard Drives that enter our facility are erased with official KillDisk 11 Software. We utilize the latest, state of the art industrial hard driver eraser made by LSoft Technologies. This system can wipe up to 14 hard drives at a time in ten minutes cycles. Each hard drive is erased with the NFTS 1 pass verification process. All erase certificates are maintained for our record and our client’s records if they need this information.

TESTING

We ensure all equipment that enters our facility is properly tested. This helps us decide whether the specific equipment is end of life or if it still has utility left. If the equipment is deemed as viable, we re purpose it to minimize our impact on the environment. If the equipment if deemed as end of life we ensure that it is recycled properly. Utilizing testing protocols allows us to mitigate our impact on the environment as much as possible.

Asset Management

We record every item that enters our facility via serial number. We prepare a report for all of our clients so they have record of all the equipment they recycled on each particular pick up. This maintains a level or professionalism, trust, and organization that is desired in the industry. We maintain these records for 3 years. If you are in need of these records at anytime withing the three year period, we will provide them to you.
